While I am in the £200 pm bracket. I am aware of a majority of small businesses who pay less than half and are still responsible for the day to day accounting and pay 1/2 of the cost for end of year submissions. I am aware that as my business is summer centric and my cashflow has dried up, I am in arrears by 1 month and the communication on how that affects my monthly communications is not clear. I'm guessing the lack of any communication or response to my previous enquiries on moving my financial year, how I include expenses, is due to that missed payment. So that means that that support being paid for will resume the moment my payments are in action? But at the moment, apart from owing for 2023 submissions, I am in the dark to the benefit for the difference in £980 to £2280 generally in the monthly accounting support or benefit. (And haven't had any other support from the first date of the monthly payments from September). also I hadtoworkwith HMRCdue to the wrong codes sent. I'm not particularly enthralled at present. – How would you describe our performance overall?
